Do you really need eight 8oz glasses of water 1.9 liters (1900 ml)? Water requirements are affected by many things such as air temperature, physical activity, and diet.

Solid foods and other liquids can be more hydrating than drinking water. both hydrate and dehydrate the body. Juice, tea, coffee, fruits, and soups are included in your daily water intake.

You may notice changes in your weight from day to day. Dehydration by one pint will reflect as a one-pound weight loss.

Thirst is the most common single for dehydration. Once you experience thirst you’re already dehydrated. If your urine is pale yellow, you are hydrated. If the urine is dark, you need to drink more water.
